Be seen, heard, and understood in this new women’s circle where we discuss topics to learn and grow together, feel the support of like minded others, learn and practice self care, share experiences and recognize each others strengths!
Our two hour monthly meet up at The Parlor will vary month to month to include yoga, discussion, meditation, breathwork, shadow work, mindfulness, support, encouragement, empowerment and so much more!


Yoga nidra is beneficial for those with PTSD, CPTSD, Depression, Anxiety, sleep disturbances, and ADHD.

Develop body awareness, improve balance, improve coordination, improve flexibility, manage stress and big emotions, and practice mindfulness and relaxation techniques.

Unwind with a gentle candlelit yin yoga class. A slow-paced, relaxed, meditative yoga practice that involves holding poses for three or more minutes low to the ground to stretch and lengthen the body's deep connective tissues that encourages you to focus on your breath, thoughts, and body sensations.

Each class blends slow, meditative yoga, gentle breathwork, and moments of stillness to calm the mind, soothe the body, and nourish the imagination. Whether you’ve been hunched over your favorite novel for hours or just need a mindful pause in your day, this class offers a soft landing between the lines of life.
Wear your comfiest clothes, bring a mat, and let your story unfold; one breath, one pose, one peaceful moment at a time.

Mindful Me Teens offers a midweek pause from pressure, overstimulation, and emotional overload. Using trauma-informed Yoga Nidra, we guide teens into restful awareness through grounding body scans, supportive breathwork, and inclusive visualizations that honor autonomy and nervous system needs.
We explore how to:
Recognize and regulate emotions in a sensory-safe way
Build introception and body trust
Rest without guilt or performance
Teens can lie down, sit up, bring fidgets, or anything that helps them feel supported. Sharing is always optional, and rest is always welcome.

This isn’t your average yoga class; it’s a movement celebration for curvy bodies, soft bellies, thick thighs, and big energy. Designed for plus-size and curvy women, this class offers supportive flows, mindful breathwork, and plenty of space to move in a way that feels good.

About
Ember is a Trauma Informed 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Life Coach, Licensed Social Worker, and photographer who has been practicing yoga since 2011. She is passionate about combining her trauma informed training with her background in Social Worker to hold a welcoming and open space for yogis of all levels to work stress and trauma out of the body while building strength, flexibility, balance, and connection. Ember is excited to offer yoga classes to help everyone destress and especially those who live with mental health conditions and other "unseen" diagnoses like PTSD, CPTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Sleep Disturbances, PCOS, Fibromyalgia, and hormonal imbalances.
